1. Author Rights and Licensing

✔ Authors retain copyright of all published work
✔ Automatic licensing under CC BY 4.0 unless otherwise requested
✔ Permitted reuse: Download, share, adapt with proper attribution

2. Permissions for Others

  • Educators: May use content for teaching with citation

  • Republishers: Must obtain written permission for commercial reuse

  • Translators: Requires editorial approval (submit request to Ljere.editor@gmail.com)

3. Author Warranties

By submitting, authors confirm:
✅ Original work not published elsewhere
✅ No copyright infringement
✅ All co-authors approve the submission
✅ Ethical clearance obtained for human/animal studies

4. Exceptions

  • Embargoes: Case-by-case approval (max 12 months)

  • Alternative licenses: Available for government/industry partners

5. Infringement Actions

  • Plagiarism: Immediate retraction with notice to author institutions

  • Unauthorized reuse: Legal takedown requests initiated
