Article Processing Charges (APC)

To support open-access publishing and cover editorial costs, Libyan Journal of Educational Research and E-Learning (LJERE) applies the following fees:

1. For high-quality articles written in English, our journal offers a publishing opportunity with no Article Processing Charges (APC).

2. For articles in Arabic, we offer the following Article Processing Charges (APCs): 350 Libyan Dinars (LYD) for Libyan authors and 60 US Dollars (USD) for authors from other countries

✔ Long-term digital archiving
✔ Open access publication (CC BY 4.0 license)

Payment Conditions

  • Invoiced only after final acceptance

  • Discounts available for:

    • Multi-article submissions (15% reduction)

  • Waivers considered for:

    • Authors from low-income countries (upon request)

    • Unfunded Libyan researchers (case-by-case basis)

Payment Methods

  • Libyan authors: Bank transfer (local currency)

  • International authors: PayPal/Western Union (USD)
