Authorship Policy
The Libyan Journal of Educational Research and E-Learning (LJERE) maintains strict standards for authorship to ensure transparency and accountability in scholarly publications. To qualify as an author, individuals must meet all of the following criteria:
-
Made significant contributions to the research, including study design, data collection, analysis, or interpretation.
-
Participated in drafting or critically revising the manuscript for important intellectual content.
-
Approved the final version to be published.
-
Agree to be accountable for all aspects of the work, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
Key Policies:
-
Corresponding Author Responsibilities: Must confirm that all co-authors meet these criteria and have approved the manuscript.
-
Non-Author Contributions: Individuals who do not meet full authorship criteria (e.g., technical support, data collection only) should be acknowledged with their permission.
-
Changes in Authorship: Any addition, removal, or rearrangement of authors after submission requires written consent from all authors and editorial approval.
-
Prohibited Practices: Honorary (guest/gift) authorship, ghost authorship, or coercive authorship is unacceptable and may result in rejection or retraction.
Dispute Resolution:
-
Concerns about authorship must be reported to the editorial office (Ljere.editor@gmail.com) with supporting evidence.
-
The editorial board will investigate and resolve disputes fairly, ensuring ethical standards are upheld.
