1. Aims & Scope
The Libyan Journal of Educational Research and E-Learning (LJERE) welcomes high-quality research across all dimensions of education and digital learning, without restrictive boundaries. Our scope encompasses, but is not limited to, the following areas:

2. Publication Ethics
We adhere to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines. Key policies include:

Authorship: All listed authors must meet ICMJE criteria for substantial contributions

Plagiarism Screening: <20% similarity via Turnitin (exclusive of references)

Conflict of Interest: Must be declared at submission

Corrections/Retractions: Handled per COPE flowcharts
3. Peer Review Process

Type: Double-blind review

Timeline: First decision within 3-4 weeks

Reviewer Criteria: Minimum 2 independent experts per manuscript

Editorial Decision: Final acceptance rests with the Editor-in-Chief
