The Libyan Journal of Educational Research and E-Learning (LJERE) requires full transparency regarding potential conflicts of interest to maintain research integrity and impartiality.
1. Disclosure Requirements
All authors, reviewers, and editors must declare:

Personal relationships (family, mentors, or competitors that could influence judgment)

Non-financial interests (political, religious, or ideological biases)
2. Submission Process

Authors: Complete the Conflict of Interest Form during manuscript submission

Reviewers/Editors: Disclose conflicts before accepting assignments
3. Management Procedures

Minor Conflicts: Published as a footnote in the article

Major Conflicts: May lead to recusal of reviewers/editors or manuscript rejection

Undisclosed Conflicts: Result in post-publication corrections or retractions
4. Examples of Reportable Conflicts
