Complaint Policy
The Libyan Journal of Educational Research and E-Learning (LJERE) is committed to upholding the highest ethical and academic standards. If you wish to file a complaint regarding any aspect of the journal’s operations—including but not limited to editorial processes, peer review, publication ethics, or misconduct—please follow these steps:

Submit Your Complaint: Email a detailed description of the issue to Ljere.editor@gmail.com with the subject line “Complaint: [Brief Summary].” Include relevant evidence (e.g., correspondence, documents) to assist our investigation.

Acknowledgement: Our editorial team will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days and initiate a review.

Resolution: We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days, keeping you informed of progress. Complaints involving ethical issues may require consultation with the editorial board or external experts.

Appeal: If unsatisfied with the resolution, you may request a secondary review by the journal’s ethics committee.
Note: Frivolous, malicious, or anonymous complaints will not be considered. LJERE adheres to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines for fair and impartial handling of grievances.
