Theoretical foundations of artificial intelligence and its applications in Arab e-learning

Developing a complete and integrated definition of artificial intelligence (AI), e-learning, the beginnings of AI, the benefits of implementing AI in Arab e-learning, defining the theoretical underpinnings for doing so, and identifying specific applications of AI in Arab e-learning were the objectives of the current study. It also offered suggestions for enhancing AI's application in Arab e-learning. The study came to a number of conclusions after analyzing these goals, including the fact that AI is transforming e-learning in terms of evaluation, engagement, and customization.
Additionally, there is a disconnect between the scope of AI's implementation in the Arab world and its theoretical potential. Furthermore, a significant obstacle to the localization of this technology is the dearth of Arabic content supported by AI. The best application of AI is hampered by a shortage of human resources and an inadequate technical infrastructure. In order to implement smart educational solutions, the study suggested that funds be allocated for the development of AI-supported Arabic educational content, that teachers be trained to apply AI tools and techniques in e-learning settings, and that collaboration between Arab universities and technical institutes be strengthened.
