الملخص

قد تقوم الأسر والفرق السريرية بتسجيل ملاحظات يومية حول النوم، والتحفيز البيئي، والتغيرات في الروتين، والنشاط، والسلوك عند دعم الأطفال المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد (ASD). وقد يكون من الصعب تنظيم هذه السجلات وتفسيرها، خاصة عندما تكون الملاحظات غير مكتملة أو يتم تعريفها بطرق مختلفة عبر الأيام. ويمكن لمنهجية شفافة قائمة على القواعد أن تمثل نهجًا هندسيًا قابلًا للاختبار لتنظيم هذه الملاحظات، إلا أن العروض التوضيحية المعتمدة على البيانات الاصطناعية يجب ألا تُقدَّم باعتبارها أدلة سريرية.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تطوير وتقييم سير عمل قابل لإعادة الإنتاج قائم على القواعد لتنظيم وتحليل سجلات يومية اصطناعية للأطفال المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد (ASD). تم إنشاء قاعدة بيانات محاكاة شملت ثلاثة أطفال افتراضيين لمدة 90 يومًا لكل طفل (270 سجلًا)، باستخدام نموذج توليد واضح يعتمد على قواعد محددة ومتغيرات سلوكية وبيئية.

اعتمد النظام على تسع قواعد لحساب درجة الخطر، مع إجراء اختبارات للتحقق من اتساق التنفيذ وتحليل حساسية النتائج، شملت اختبارات التبديل العشوائي، وإزالة القواعد، وتحليل مونت كارلو. أظهرت النتائج وجود ارتباط وصفي بين درجة القواعد وشدة الحالة في البيانات الاصطناعية (r = 0.3687)، مع ثبات نسبي للنتائج عبر عمليات المحاكاة المتعددة.

توضح الدراسة إمكانية استخدام منهجيات قائمة على القواعد قابلة للتفسير والتحقق البرمجي لتنظيم البيانات السلوكية الاصطناعية، مع التأكيد على أن النتائج لا تمثل دليلًا سريريًا أو قدرة تنبؤية، وأن تطبيقها مستقبلاً يتطلب التحقق باستخدام بيانات حقيقية مجهولة الهوية وتقييمات سريرية متخصصة.
