The reality of quality in our educational institutions between theory and practice (An analytical study in light of modern educational literature)

The study aims to analyze the reality of quality implementation in educational institutions and to identify the gap between theory and practice within the Libyan and Arab educational contexts. The descriptive-analytical method was adopted to review educational literature and previous studies. The findings revealed a noticeable weakness in the practical application of quality standards despite the availability of theoretical frameworks. The study also indicated that the absence of monitoring, limited administrative capacity, and insufficient funding are the main obstacles to achieving quality. It recommended fostering an institutional culture of quality and enhancing evaluation and motivation systems to ensure sustainable educational performance improvement.
