Abstract

We live in a world where everything is changing at a more rapid pace than ever. Today, everything can be done remotely; learning was no exception in this strenuous era, especially when doors opened to online education. Working and studying remotely during the Covid-19 pandemic shed light on a more effective way to mother education. Education can now be accessed at the fingertips of a student. The ease of accessing educational materials anywhere has made distance learning appealing. However, students still face some challenges like weak engagement, poor internet infrastructure like unreliable connections, and fair evaluation of students’ academically assessing them. This distance learning paper will look into evaluating its effectiveness alongside potential advantages and the drawback of lack of teacher-student connection. This paper will also explore new technologies and learning models for future education and make online learning more efficient and accessible.
